Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, time-honored meditation technique that helps to reduce stree and increase wellness. It also helps one focus and helps people become more centered and balanced.

Join us on September 23 from 2-4pm for an information session on Sahaja  Yoga Meditation and and all the benefits that come with it. The first part of this event will be an informative session with powerpoint about the power of meditation followed by a guided meditation session.
