(Recommended for ages 10 and up) They’re colorful. They’re musical. They are present year-round and can be found almost anywhere on the planet. It’s no wonder that birds have fascinated people for generations. Designed for adults and older children, Birds-n-Bagels programs provide a fun and light-hearted look at the avian world while enjoying a hearty morning snack!

This month we’ll learn about the species of western hummingbirds that actually turn up in the Volunteer State in winter. Join federally licensed winter hummingbird bander Mark Armstrong for this informative talk on wintering hummingbirds. You will be excited at what you’ll learn and what to look for in your own backyard. Ijams will provide coffee, juice and bagels.

The fee for this program is $10 per person. EVERYONE MUST HAVE A TICKET. Register online at Eventbrite.com. Members can enter the code WINTER for an additional $2.00 off.

REFUND POLICY: Ijams issues total refunds up to 7 days before a program.
