Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, time-honored meditation technique that helps to reduce stress and increase wellness. It helps increase focus and attention. Best of all it helps people become more balanced, centered and reflective individuals.

Join us on Saturday, April 7 from 11am—12pm to learn about the basics of meditation, how it works, how to set up your meditation space at home, and finally,… how to meditate!

Please note, this is a meditation class only. Chairs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your yoga mats if you want to sit more comfortably in the floor.
