(For ages 21 and up) Looking for a way to really wow your dinner guests? Join local wine maker, Mike Hardin, as he teaches you how to make a grape table wine using frozen grape juice and a few other ingredients. This class will cover the basics including preparation of equipment, fermenting process and recipes. You will also get the opportunity to taste test a few varieties of wine in a number of flavors. This process is quick, easy and inexpensive and will have wine on your table in as little as 6 weeks.
Cost is $50 per person or $60 for a couple: includes wine-making kit to take home and you will go home with 1 gallon of prepped juices in the wine process. (Couples will get just one kit to take home and 1 gallon of the prepped juice. If you want individual kits, you will have to sign up individually!)
