Our meeting room in the visitor’s center is a large open space complete with tables, chairs, pull down screen and sound system, attached full kitchen, restrooms, and a beautiful view of our back terrace.
The meeting room in our main facility accommodates up to 100 people. The meeting room can be rented by the hour on weekends or weekdays depending on availability. The rental rate is $110 per hour. If you wish to have alcohol at your event a special alcohol permit fee of $100 will be charged.
The meeting room in the Miller building is a private space perfect for retreats, baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and more! The larger room in that building holds 50 people seated and features lots of natural light as well as a full kitchen and a smaller room with a comfortable sofa. It is located on the site where the Ijams family lived so it is a very special place. The rate for that space is $110 per hour. Ask about non-profit rates and member discounts!
We require deposit of one-half the amount of your rental when the contract is signed, with the balance due one week prior to the event. To inquire about availability please fill out the form below with the date and time of your anticipated event.
