Join Hannah Doss of Mountain Mama's at Ijams Nature Center on Sunday, March 16, from 1-4:15 pm for a guided hike that focuses on the history of the quarry activity in the area, followed by a beginner-friendly painting lesson to create your very own masterpiece of what you saw along your hike! We’ll hike to Ijams' iconic Mead’s Quarry Lake via the beautiful Pink Marble Trail and then Imerys Trail to the fascinating Keyhole formation. This is an all-levels course. Whether you're a stick-figure newbie or professional painter, you won't want to miss out on this unique painting experience! All painting supplies are included with ticket purchase.
