SOLD OUT: Full Moon Hike

Get ready for a beautiful evening out on the trails under June's full Strawberry Moon! Join Ijams naturalists for this 2-hour, guided program to uncover the secrets of Ijams Nature Center after dark and learn about the beautiful night sky while searching for unique plants, animals, and geologic features along the way. Blacklights and headlamps will be provided!

Ages: This program is designed for ages 10+

Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 2 miles during the duration of the program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and gravel. This program includes various stopping points.

Parking: Parking for this Ijams Education Course is free for all participants. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the course begins to obtain a free parking pass upon check-in. Refund Policy: No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
