Ijams Creatures of the Night Hike

Geared Toward: Families with Children aged 6-12

Description: The night hides all manner of amazing creatures. Join an Ijams Naturalist as we use our senses to navigate the world in search of these creatures. Use your feet to feel like a spider, hear like a bat, and sniff like an opossum. You'll be amazed by what we discover as we let our senses guide our way into the world of nocturnal creatures.

Materials Participants Should Bring: Participants should wear closed-toe shoes that are okay getting muddy, water, weather appropriate clothing, and a flashlight.

Information to Note: This is an evening walk and participants will cover between 1 and 2 miles.

No walk-in’s will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult

Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable
