MOVIES UNDER THE STARS: Scream

Join Ijams and Central Cinema on October 4 for Wes Craven's revamped slasher film, Scream!

(Rated R) Scream is a revitalized slasher-horror movie by Wes Craven that has a modern horror classic feel, but also manages to be funny, clever and scary, as a mask-wearing maniac stalks high-school students in middle-class suburbia of Woodsboro, CA. The film focuses on teenager Sidney Prescott (played by Neve Campbell) as she comes under attack from a mysterious character dubbed Ghostface while dealing with the anniversary of her mother's murder.

Doors open at 6 pm; movie begins at dark (~7:30pm). Food trucks and the Ijams beer garden will have tasty meals, snacks, and beverages available for purchase. NO COOLERS AND NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PLEASE. Dogs are allowed, but must be on leash at all times. Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended. This event is on the Visitor Center lawn.
