SPECIAL EVENT: Knoxville Opera - A Broadway Bash Concert

Ijams is delighted partner with Knoxville Opera for a Broadway Bash concert by the Knoxville Opera on the Pavilion Lawn on Sunday, August 22nd at 2:30 p.m.  The performance will feature 19 hit songs from 12 beloved Broadway musicals. From West Side Story to Phantom of the Opera, from South Pacific to Aladdin, there will be songs for all ages to enjoy.  

Knoxville Opera Artistic Director Brian Salesky will host and accompany soprano Jacqueline Brecheen and tenor Timothy Pope.

Tickets for this performance are $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for students, children under 5 are free.  Guests are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets and will be seated on the lawn and patio in front of the Visitor Center pavilion on the plaza near the front entrance of the Visitor Center (2915 Island Home Avenue, Knoxville 37920). Doors open one hour before the performance.

In the event of rain at performance time, this event may be postponed to a later date.
