About the Event
Have you ever wanted to make the most of your garden in the most eco-friendly way possible? Ijams is proud to partner with CAC Beardsley Community Farm as part of Ijams' Take Action! series to offer a FREE Summer Gardening Series!
Each month, CAC Beardsley Community Farm will host a free gardening class to teach you everything from starting and maintaining your gardening to harvesting and beyond!
This series kicks off May 27 at 6 pm at the farm (1741 Reynolds St. Knoxville, TN 37921) with a hands-on workshop about sustainable summer gardening practices. Beardsley staff will guide new gardeners on the basics of growing summer crops, maintenance tips and tricks, and sustainable practices for a healthy landscape and produce.
You must reserve your spot in order to participate in this free workshop. If you are not able to attend, please email Sarah Brobst at sbrobst@ijams.org so your spot can be filled by another participant.
